He was predeceased by: his father Clyde "Buck" Kelley; and his brother Timothy "Moe" Kelley. He is survived by: his mother Glenda Kelley; his children, Daniel Kelley (Nikki) and Jill Steadham (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Liam, Clara Ann and Logan; and his sisters, Beverly Digmon (Mike) and Ellen Sims (Darryl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ray's Chapel Baptist Church (140 W Bogia Rd, McDavid, FL 32568).
