We announce the death of Shelia Fay Brown Henley (McDavid, Florida), who passed away on May 31, 2026, at the age of 68. Shelia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth E. Henley; her parents, Willard B. Brown and Charles O. (Minnie G. Van Ling); her stepsiblings, Ricky J. Mullins and Deanna M. Mullins; and her nephews, Bobby J. Campbell, Ernest B. Brown and Devan A. Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Yerby (Rick) and Rosanna Henley; her stepmother Joyce Brown; her siblings, Ronald Smith (Debra), Libbie Robinson, Darlene Chavers (Jim), Gene Brown (Renee), Lynn Springer (Larry), Wayne Brown, Will Brown, Shawn Brown (Amy) and Melinda Dunn (David); and her stepsiblings, James Mullins and Joyce Hanks (Martin). She is also survived by four grandchildren as well as many great grand children and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Opening Doors of Northwest Florida.
