He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Noe Punzi; his stepdaughter Laurie Burns (Tom); his siblings, Anna Punzi, Tony Punzi, Peter Punzi and Suzie Skidmore; and his niece-in-law Louise LaGue Punzi (Joe).

He is survived by: his stepdaughter Kerry Rourke (Ed); his stepgrandchildren, Ryan (Colleen), Patrick (Khylin) and Pat (Christina); his brothers, Henry Punzi and Johnny Punzi; his sister-in-law Janet Noe; his nieces and nephews, Denise Goldstein (Phil), Susan Walsh, Rose Anne Zammiello, Linda McAfee (Graham), Joe Punzi (Bella), Anthony Punzi, Gary Punzi and Peter Punzi (Elizabeth); his great-nieces, Nina Punzi (Garrett), Danielle Hanser (Manning), Jenna Smyth (Carnegie) and Skylar Punzi; and his great-nephew Vincent Punzi (Lisha). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

The family asks that donations be made to the William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, Florida.
