She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Self and Elenore Self. She is survived by: her brother Joseph Self; and her sons, Edward "Tuffy" Brackett and Joseph V. Brackett. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
