She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Werner and Helen Werner; and her children, Dawn Stahlman and Brad Carr. She is survived by: her former husband Frank E. Earley; her husband Butch Carr of Melbourne, Florida; her sister Gail Cook (Jim) of Gainesville, Florida; her children, Tracey Coleman (Jim), Frank E. Earley Jr. of Austin, Texas and Kathy Gehring (Scott) of Salem, Oregon; and her niece Kelly Cook. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
