He is survived by: his wife Celeste Egelston Combs; his sons, Justin (Beth) of West Melbourne, Chad (Angie) of Oxford and Jason (Jennifer) of Hamilton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jackson, Grayson, Sydney Conklin (Gregory) of Liberty, Kelsi, Kayli and Davi Scott of Oxford, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Bryson Taylor, Zane and Dean Conklin of Liberty, Indiana; and his siblings, Laurie Grubb (Rick) of Middletown, Carla Cathers of Hamilton, Ohio and Rob Proffitt of Middletown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
