Carmen leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Carmen’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Carmen will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Julian Acosta-Santos; and her children, Teofilio Rios, Jr., David Rios and Richard Rios. She is survived by: her children, Israel Rios, Norberto Rios, Rosa Rios and Minerva Rios; and her sister Nina Lebron. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren as well as other relatives and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory (2170 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
