He was predeceased by: his father Charles I. Palmer, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Vernelle Pye Palmer; his wife Cheryl Jeanne Palmer; his children, Scott Palmer (Amy), Charles I. Palmer and Suzanne Webster (Jason); his sisters, Nanette Wring and Penny Matthews (Ian); and his grandchildren, Paige Palmer, Preston Webster, Nathan Palmer, Lily Kile, Carter Webster, James Palmer, Chloe Palmer, Caroline Webster and Charles I Palmer IV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gillisonville Baptist Church Cemetery (10168 Grays Hwy, Ridgeland, SC 29936). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Front Street Park (Front St, Melbourne, FL 32901).
