He was predeceased by: his father Charles I. Palmer, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Vernelle Pye Palmer; his wife Cheryl Jeanne Palmer; his children, Scott Palmer (Amy), Charles I. Palmer and Suzanne Webster (Jason); his sisters, Nanette Wring and Penny Matthews (Ian); and his grandchildren, Paige Palmer, Preston Webster, Nathan Palmer, Lily Kile, Carter Webster, James Palmer, Chloe Palmer, Caroline Webster and Charles I. Palmer IV (Charlie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
