He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bert Smith and Beulah May Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna and Sonny; his wife Wilma Jean Smith; and his daughter Lisa Mae Green. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one grand daughter in law, and one soon to be great grandchild.
