We announce the death of Edna P. Foley in Melbourne, Florida, who passed away on July 26, 2026, at the age of 102. Edna will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Palitsch and Adeline Julia Palitsch; her husband Charles M. Foley; her siblings, James Palitsch, Edward Palitsch and Shirley Potts; and her son-in-law Richard Jarvis.
She is survived by: her children, Edward "Ned" Foley (Mary) of Covington, LA, Patricia Affonso (Albert) of Delmar, NY, Kathleen Jarvis (Richard) of Rensselaer, NY, Colleen LaFalce (Paul) of Delmar, NY, Maureen Smith (Craig) of Melbourne, FL and Barbara Lawson (Scott) of Colonie, NY.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
