He was predeceased by: his brother James Neal Couch. He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Grace (Greg), Theresa (Phil), Rebecca (Larry), Tony and Joe; his siblings, Regina (Tony), Thomas and Jerry (Brenda); his grandchildren, Abigail, Shannon Jr., Zoee, Mya, Makaylah, Kendra, Atheena, Jaxson and Eli; and his great grandchildren, Landon and Cooper. He is also survived by Nephews and Nieces.
In Lieu of flowers, any monetary support will go toward helping Dana and the boys during this difficult time.
