He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Hoeper and Rosella Hoeper. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hoeper; his children, Jim Hoeper (Sharon), Julie Bradford (Jack), Jodie Sargent (Brett) and Jerry Hoeper (Candi); and his sisters, Mary Winslow and Delores Burmeister. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; three honorary grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
