She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Rutigliano and Helen Rutigliano (Cleary). She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Mills; and her siblings, Mary Fiorentino (Sam), Debbie Patchen (Donnie), Peter Rutigliano (Bettina) of Watertown and Jeffrey Rutigliano, Sr. (Jamie) of Watertown. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
