He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton G. Fuqua and Thelma Terry Fuqua; and his brother Glenn D. Fuqua. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Young Fuqua; his sons, Michael (Kristi) and Mark; and his grandchildren, Sarah Fuqua Orr (Gilbert), Jason, Eric, Zachary and Joshua.
