Marilyn J. Syphers Ransom Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn J. Syphers Ransom (Melbourne, Florida), born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 4, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Marilyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Marilyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ransom; her parents, Otto H. Syphers and Beatrice L. Syphers (Sterling); and her sister Beatrice E. Syphers. She is survived by: her children, Steven D. Ransom (Cindy), Patricia J. Ransom Hill, Judy L. Ransom Winters (Mark) and Karma J. Ransom Bonn; and her siblings, Donald C. Syphers (Alice) of Durham, NH., David W. Syphers (Ann) of Englewood, FL. and Norma S. Alexander (Syphers) of Silver Lake, NH.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
