He was predeceased by: his parent Margaret Baird; and his son Larry Lawrence, Jr. (Merle). He is survived by: his wife Grace Lee Lawrence; and his children, Diane Engfer (Terry) of Hanna City, Illinois, Sue Robertson (Preston) of Northport, Alabama, James Hendrix of Charleston, Josh Hendrix (Ruth) of Yukon, Oklahoma, Noel Hendrix (Marcia) of Mills River and Shelley Mitchell (Jeff) of Melbourne, Florida.. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church of Melbourne, Florida.
