With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Ferguson Bohannon of Melbourne, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Michael departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Michael. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bohannon and Ann Bohannon; and his sons, Deryl Hicks and Donald Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Bohannon; and his children, Michael Jr. Bohannon (Nicola) of Lake Worth, FL, Dorothy Mazell of Summerville, SC, Dennis Hicks of Summerville, SC and Analisa Duggan (Patrick). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to the Salvation Army.
