He is survived by: his wife Ruth Danielson; his daughters, Cari Hearns (Jack Jr.) and Charity DeMarzo (Steven); his grandchildren, Charlton, Christopher, Paige, Payton, Jessica and Steven; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Kade, Josie and Dakota; and his nephew Doulas Ally.
