He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jeffery and Irene Ferris Jeffery. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Jeffery of Massachusetts, Robert Jeffery (Debra) of Massachusetts, Daniel Jeffery of Florida, Donald Jeffery (Susan) of Massachusetts, Deborah Marini Jeffery (William) of Florida and Brian Jeffery (Patricia Comeau) of Massachusetts.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davis Seawinds Funeral Home (560 Montreal Ave, Melbourne, FL 32935). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of South Brevard, 2600 Otter Creek Ln, Melbourne, FL 32940—honoring Philip's lifelong compassion for animals.
