She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Kennedy and Lilly Kennedy (Meason); her husband Robert C. Whiteman; her children, Barbara Whiteman and Byron Whiteman (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Richard Whiteman and Stephanie Whiteman; her son Richard; and her siblings, Doris Kershew, Lilly Keyes, June Tryon and John Kennedy.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home – Bubb Chapel (3910 N Main St, Mishawaka, IN 46545). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at the St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park (375 W Cleveland Rd, Granger, IN 46530).
