He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie (Jim Cotgreave) and Nancy Anne (Shawn Thompson); his stepson Nathan Gustafson; his grandchildren, Sophia, Chase, Marley, Beckham and Lily; his close friend English; his pet Louie; his sisters, Cathy (George Lindberg) and Laura (Tony Roggina); his nephews, George, Doug, Eric, Nick and Tommy; and his niece Stephanie.
