He was predeceased by: his wife Donna P. Hutchinson; his son Rodney Hutchinson; and his parents, Fred Phillips and Leda Gregory. He is survived by: his son Raymond; his daughter-in-law Donna Hutchinson; his daughter Holly; his son-in-law Harry Voswinkle; and his grandchildren, Carrie, Barry Balavender, Rustin, Amber Hutchinson, Sarah, Chris Hayne, Haley, Nicholi Schneider and Hope Voswinkle.
