With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Jean Richards (Melbourne, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Kathryn "Kate" Biggins and George Lawrence "Curly" Biggins; her husband Howard Richards; her son James "Jim" Richards; her daughter-in-law Beverly Wade; her brother Robert "Sonny" Biggins; and her daughter-in-law Donna Kay Richards.

She is survived by: her sons, Steven Richards (Colleen) of Florida and Randy Richards of Florida; her grandchildren, Melissa Hepfinger (Kris), Jamie Richards (Kim), Charlotte "Bri" Richards and Daniel Richards (Katie); her great grandchild Jeremiah Honan; and her grandchildren, Rhiannon, Rylan, Brookson Hepfinger, Maverick, Riley Richards and Chet Richards.
