He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Jenkins and May Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jenkins; his daughter Kristi Worley of Melbourne, Florida; his grandson Blake Worley; his son Kenny Worley (Christy Worley) of Tallahassee; his grandchildren, Payton Worley and Casey Zelaya; his grandson-in-law Cisco Zelaya of Houston, Texas.; his brother Terry Jenkins (Lynn) of Boynton Beach, Florida; his niece Kerry Jenkins; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shea and Avery; his nephew Neal Jenkins (Kim); his great-nephews, Joshua and Jason; his sister Sue Reese of Augusta, Georgia; his nephew Eric Parker (Kimberly); and his great-niece Katherine.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation in Tom's honor.
