It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Dougan of Melbourne, Florida, who passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. B. Dougan and Doris Dougan (Vital); and his brothers, Robert and Thomas Dougan. He is survived by: his daughters, Constance Gonzales (Joel) and Deirdre Smith (Jason); his wife Jeanne Grant; his stepsons, Tyler Goodwin and Elgin Bahylor; and his siblings, Cindy Dougan, Patricia Dougan and Daniel Dougan. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
