It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William John Henderson in Melbourne, Florida, who passed away on April 8, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Will Henderson. He is survived by: his daughter Katherine "Katie" Webster Henderson; his wife Lorette Henderson; his brother George Henderson; his children, Kimberly D'Avis, Lindsey Kayal and Christopher Kayal; his sons-in-law, Matthew D'Avis and Dzmitry Zakharau; his sister-in-law Julie Henderson; his daughter-in-law Emily Kayal; and his grandchildren, Fiona "Ogre" D'Avis, Soren "So-So" D'Avis, Natalie "Nataboo" Zakharau, Eliot "Das Bone" D'Avis, Sebastian "Sebbie Savage" Zakharau, Adalyn "Adda-Monster" Kayal, Boston and Charlotte "Chucky" Kayal.

Donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the Low Rider Dachshund Rescue of Florida in honor of Bill's four-legged best friend Dominic "Dinky" "Douglas" Henderson, who will undoubtedly long for his companion until they meet again.
