He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Pennington and Juda Pennington of Jasper Florida; his sister Jeanne; and his brother-in-law Jim Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Wolfe of Gainesville; his children, James Wesleigh Pennington (Heather) of Philadelphia Pennsylvania and Emily Brooke Pennington of Gainesville; his stepson George Levasser (Mari) of Miami; his siblings, Billy (Barbara) of Savannah Georgia, Pat Pennington of Jasper, Robert Pennington of Jacksonville, Bill Bryan (Marian) of Tuscaloosa Alabama, Juda Pennington (Rick Culbreath) of Branford and Katherine Pennington (Terry Straub) of Tallahassee; and his brother-in-law Verne Wolfe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
