He is survived by: his sons, Joseph E. Pugh and John F. Pugh; and his siblings, Robert Frederick Pugh, Charles F. Pugh, Thomas S. Pugh, Anna L. Loudin and Cathryn A Snow. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
