He is survived by: his son Nicholas Terrell; his parents, Lucy Terrell and David Terrell; his stepmother Beverly Terrell; and his siblings, Joshua Terrell (Amanda), Katie, Carol and Julie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
