She is survived by: her significant other Thomas Perzanowski; and her children, Tonya Haywood (Rob) of Leesburg, IN, Heather Stewart (Randy) of Cocoa, FL, Ryan Perzanowski of Jacksonville, FL and Mandy Mayfield (Ryan) of Richmond Hill, GA.. She is also survived by her family, her lifelong devotion to children.
