She is survived by : her husband Richard Barnes; her children, Teresa Qualls and John Barnes (Jill); her siblings, Chuck Bennett (Judy), Dennis Bennett and Janice Bennett; her grandchildren, John Michael (Rubi), Ryan Qualls (Melissa) and Jamie Spohn (Mark); and also, Miley and Chloe Qualls.
