He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Ivan and Anastatia Ivan; his wife Bonnie Ivan (Holder); and his brother Bernie Ivan. He is survived by: his children, Mark Ivan (Beth), Cathy Sheldon (Curtis), Karen Norris (Kevin) and Colleen Rickards (Mike); his grandchildren, Bethany Grace Ivan, Jacob, Zachary Sheldon, Logen and Garrett Norris; his sisters, Theresa Shelton and Elise Hibdon; and his sister-in-law Louisa Ivan. He is also survived by several cousins and nieces and nephews.
The love of singing stayed with him until Parkinson's took his ability to speak.
