She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Millard Appling and Loy Puckett Appling; her daughters, Gina Burkhart (Roger) and Lisa Wannamaker (Noell); and her siblings, Jerry (Emily), James Appling (Shirley) and Lola Smithson.
She is survived by: her husband Victor Webb; her children, Angie (Rodney), Samantha (Paul), Rebecca (Joe), Viki (Craig) and Russell (Tracey); her grandchildren, Ricky, Zach (Onilee), Melissa (Ben), Caroline (Brian), Stefanie, Allison, Austin, Tyler, Sophia, Josh, Caitlin (Sue), Joey (Ella), Sidney, Ben (Jennifer), Kyle (Kate), Jacob (Jessi), Whitfield (Brittany), Moore (Samantha), Tatum (Cheyenne) and Ian; and her siblings, Joe (Pat), Richard (Diane), Rachel (Terry), Margaret (Don), Faye (Otis) and Margie (Mike). She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, 24 nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
