She is survived by: her husband Chuck Cliatt; her children, Lauren Rosenblatt (Lindsay), Shay Cliatt and Chase Cliatt (Stacy); and her brothers, Tony Cook (Carolyn) and Jimmy Cook. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew; and many extended family members and friends.
