It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lynn Wood of Mexico Beach, Florida, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Faye Rohrback Wood and Lyman Venn Wood; his brother Gary Allen Wood (Marion Wood); and his sister-in-law Jean Wood. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Stegall Wood; his children, Barton Thomas Wood (Marla Wood), Shawna Fay Wood and Brandy Wood Gorey Jessen (Jack Jessen); his grandchildren, Taylor Wood (Cooper O'Brien), Bailey Wood (Scout), Mackenzie Wood, Dawson Hillard-Wood, Collin Gorey (Delilah), Sydney Gorey, Abby Jessen Peoples (Andrew) and Sam Jessen (Alex); his great grandchildren, Maverick Wood-Trammell, Lincoln Wood-Trammell, Tomi Delberto and Henderson Gorey; his brother Lyman Wood, Jr.; his nephew Lyman Wood III; and his nieces, Donna Wood Richardson, Roxanne Wood and Bonnie Wood Nelson.
