He was predeceased by: his father Pasquale Alfarone; his fiancée Joan; his sister Catherine Alfarone Melisurgo; his brother-in-law Ralph J. Melisurgo; his brothers, John R. Alfarone and Pasquale Alfarone, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Kaelin Alfarone, Barbara Lazzaro Alfarone and Vincent Siciliano; and his nieces, Donna Marie Alfarone Colasurdo and Maryann Alfarone.

He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Alfarone Siciliano, James Alfarone (Louise) and Salvatore Alfarone; his sisters-in-law, Josephine Del Gais Alfarone and Valerie Castelluzzo Alfarone; and his nieces and nephews, Christane Sheehan (James), Cathy Faustini (Sam), Laura Esposito (Agostino), Lisa Calcaterra (Peter), John Alfarone, Jr. (Kim), Teresa Zinser (Bobby), Tina Price (Jerry), Patrick Alfarone (Michel), Valeriann Hughes, Frank Colasurdo, Pasquale Alfarone III (Christine), Charles Alfarone (Iraida), Laura Murphy (Rob), Salvatore Alfarone, Jr. and Denise Alfarone. He is also survived by 29 grandnieces and grandnephews, and 4 great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
