He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. DeVoe and Theda Holcomb DeVoe; and his aunts and uncles, Clare and Bob Otto. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maines; his children, Richard York DeVoe (Tammy) and Karen Michelle DeVoe (William Autio); and his siblings-in-law, Debi (Chet Carter) and Harriett Maines. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren, along with his sister.
