She was predeceased by: her father Edward; and her brothers, Trammell King and Roger Halstead (late Jack Posten). She is survived by: her children, Benny Martin Posten of Atlanta, GA, Claude Allen Posten of Los Angeles, CA and Marsha Elizabeth Posten McKone (Kevin) of Dalton, GA; her granddaughter Mable Adele McKone of New York City, NY; her pet Freddie; and her sister-in-law Rebecca King of Opelika, AL. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
