She was predeceased by: her grandfather Webb; her parents, Amos Ison and Ida Faye Gerhardt; her brothers, Ken Moore and James Ison; and her granddaughter Kinsley Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Lewis; her children, Phillip Lewis Jr., Mark Lewis (Mary), Dennis Lewis and Jennifer Lewis; her grandchildren, Killian Jones, Chloe Lewis and Tyler Carnes (Jessie); her great grandchildren, Theodore Carnes, Georgie Carnes and Elsie Carnes; her brother George Ison (Sue); and her aunt Maxine Adams.
