It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corine Morgan (Miami, Florida), born in Hawkinsville, Georgia, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Corine may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Bernard Benson Sr. and O. C. Morgan; and her son Bernard Benson Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Sheri L. McGriff (Lucious McGriff), Edwin Benson, Beverly Ann Benson, Kenneth C. Morgan, Willie James Smith, Rosa Jackson (Bobbie) and Irma Weathers.
A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Woodlawn Park South (11655 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33186).
