He is survived by: his children, Amanda, Nicholas of Jacksonville, FL and Sara of Tallahassee, FL; his siblings, Samuel of Thompson, Donna, Kathryn of Murfreesboro, TN and Elizabeth Levite of Southwick, MA.; and his stepchildren, Stephanie Torres and Steven Chio of Miami, FL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the tunnels for towers foundation in Daniel's name.
