She is survived by: her daughters, Mayra Isabel (Humberto), Ana María (Jorge) and Daysi (Manuel); her grandchildren, Jackelyn (Jaime), Katrina (Erica), Michael (Danielle), Humbertico (Tiffany) and Daniel (Shyama); and her great grandchildren, Jaime, Joseph, Jacob and Jonathan.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
