“Esther was a friend to me for fun times when we were young and adventurous and throughout the next 40 years through the good and the difficult times. A devoted animal lover, she touched the lives of hundreds and hundreds of stray and unwanted cats in Miami Dade. She loved dogs and in general dedicated her life to animal welfare. She leaves a legacy and her mark among her friends and colleagues in animal rescue and she will be forever remembered as a guardian angel of the animals in need.”
