He was predeceased by: his parents, James Honeycutt Harkness Jr. and Jennie C. Harkness; his brothers, James H. Harkness III and Eugene Harkness; and his grandparents, James Honeycutt Harkness Sr., Bertha Harkness, Tom and Flora White.
He is survived by: his brothers, Anthony Charles Harkness, Alfonzia R. Harkness (Tammy) and Leonard J. Harkness. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brown-Robinson Funeral Home (1814 Milan Rd, Sandusky, OH 44870).
