He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Miami; his wife Risa; his sons, Zachary (Parkhi) and Eric (Kim); his granddaughter Jessica (George); his sister Marcy; and his siblings-in-law, Linda (Danny), Cara (Bryan) and Jeffrey (Etty). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and extended family.

During this pandemic, the people in my office have been heroic," he said in 2021. "We were the first clerk's office to go electronic, and it positioned us to be proactive and made our records much more accessible.
