She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph Bott and Mary Cecelia "Betty" Murphy Bott; her husband Tom Scott; her son Loring McAllister Scott; and her sister Susan Elizabeth Wexford.
She is survived by: her children, Susannah of DeKalb County, John-Thomas (Vivian) of DeKalb County and Christopher (Courtenay) of DeKalb County; her grandchildren, Parker and Bronlyn Scott of DeKalb County; and her sister Mary Cecelia Alise of Dracut, Massachusetts. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jacquie's name to the League of Women Voters of DeKalb County and the League of Women Voters of Georgia.
