He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hawkins Ketzle; his sons, Jeffrey Clarke Ketzle of Virginia and Paul Laurence Ketzle of Utah; his brother Henry (Patty); and his daughter-in-law Marcia Dibble Ketzle. He is also survived by friends.
