He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan B. Ives and Margery T. Ives; and his brother Alan M. Ives. He is survived by: his sisters, Kim Ives Paris (Michael) and Melissa Ives; his stepmother Margret Ives; his sister-in-law Carol Ives; his nephew Matt Paris (Lauren); and his nieces, Caroline Paris Paczkowski (Andy) of Alan Jonathan, Catherine Ives Waldner (Colin) and Nicole Salkaus (Jamie). He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews as well as several cousins.
Jon would want to say thank you to everyone who has been part of his journey in this life, and in lieu of considering a donation to a charity, the family asks for you to make a "toast" to our sweet brother, uncle and friend who is no longer suffering and is now at peace.
