He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Valois Pagan-Rivera; his wife Marie Isabelle Pagan; his children, Juan Osvaldo Pagan, Jr., Jose Enrique Pagan, Fernando Luis Pagan, Rafael Pagan and Rebecca Marie Pagan Zamora; and his siblings, Victor Pagan, Zulma Raffo and Leonarda Pagan.
