She was predeceased by: her husband Abraham Moncarz. She is survived by: her children, Ann Fellerman (Lou) and Jack Forman (Michele); and her grandchildren, Sol Fellerman (Sasha), Scott Forman, Rose DeVault (Nick), Aaron Forman and Hannah Forman. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
